Requirements:
- 1+ year of experience customer service in a help desk, service desk, technical support;
- Upper-Intermediate level of Spoken and written English is a must;
- Responsibility, initiative, self-organization, strive to learn;
- Experience providing remote support for client, server, and web-based applications;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining strict attention to details;
- Flexibility to occasional shifts, including night ones.
As a plus:
- Experience with CRM;
- Experience on a similar position preferably in Fintech direction;
- Excellent problem investigation and solving skills;
- Diploma, certificates, or other IT designations.
Responsibilities:
- Daily supporting internal customers all over the world, handling complaints;
- Assisting clients during integration with our systems;
- Providing appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits;
- Providing prompt and accurate feedback to customers;
- Collaborating with other teams to drive continuous improvement of internal and external processes;
- Stay current with system information, changes, and updates.
