We are an IoT product development company specializing in software development in America and Canada. Currently, we are expanding our team and seeking a dedicated Customer Support Manager to join us.
Responsibilities:
- Incoming Requests: Efficiently handle and respond to incoming customer support requests.
- Client Calls: Engage in calls with clients to address inquiries and provide assistance.
- Service Cancellations: Process and manage requests related to service cancellations.
- Ongoing Duties: Perform various ongoing customer support tasks as required.
Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer support roles.
- Language Skills: Good proficiency in both English and Ukrainian.
Conditions:
- Hourly Rate:
- $3.5 per hour for the first 3 months.
- $4 per hour after 3 months.
- Work Arrangement: Remote work opportunity.
- Work Schedule: 16:00 - 02:00 and 22:00 - 8:00 Kyiv time.
