We’re Intobi — a software development company, located in Kyiv
Our main specialization is Web & Mobile applications + UI/UX Design.
We’re looking for a success-driven Customer support manager for one of our clients.
Work Schedule:
- Work on a 1/1 schedule (alternating days).
Availability from 6:00 AM to 11:00 PM on working days.
Main Responsibilities:
- Conduct text communication with clients via Telegram.
- Work with the CRM system (all necessary training will be provided).
Deliver high-quality support to clients in line with company standards.
Requirements and Skills:
- Proficient in English (written and verbal communication).
- Basic computer skills (experience with messengers, CRM systems, and email).
- Attention to detail and a willingness to learn quickly.
Ability to work in a team and respond promptly to client requests.
