We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Finance Manager to join our dynamic finance team. If you have a passion for finance and are eager to develop your skills in a supportive environment, we encourage you to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Salary Management: Oversee and manage all aspects of the salary process, including calculation, accounting, and data reconciliation.

  • Accounting Transactions: Manage the accounting of accruals and payment transactions using the 1C accounting program.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the treasury, finance, HR, and legal teams to organize and launch financial processes.

  • Salary Budgeting: Maintain an up-to-date salary table and oversee the planned salary budget to ensure alignment with company goals.

  • Financial Data Management: Prepare, reconcile, consolidate, aggregate, and analyze financial data on a monthly basis across company projects.

  • Additional Duties: Support the finance team with other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Education: Higher education in finance, economics, banking, or accounting.

  • Experience: Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience, preferably in a Big4 or audit company.

  • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in MS Excel and Google Sheets; knowledge of the 1C accounting program is highly preferred.

  • Analytical Skills: Strong ability to analyze financial data and think critically and structurally.

  • Communication: Excellent communication skills in English (Intermediate level or higher).

  • Work Ethic: Independent, proactive, detail-oriented, and a responsible team player.
