Financial Controller

CEMARK has as an exciting opportunity to join the Finance team as a Financial Controller to oversee all aspects of the company's financial systems and procedures including month-end closing, budgeting, forecasting, support Finance Manager with reporting of companies, support ExCom and Opcos on financial matters by providing relevant guidance, explanation and information.
Key Tasks and Responsibilities:
- supervision of month-end closure procedures;
- transformation and consolidation of local accounts;
- monthly management reporting to Group;
- quarterly financial reporting to Group;
- monthly KPI reporting, preparation of management analytical reports;
- SOX controls review / execution;
- preparation of monthly performance and trading results for country board;
- coordination of annual budget preparation and reporting;
- coordination of 5-year strategic plan preparation and reporting;
- financial modelling / evaluation of growth opportunities;
- preparation of ad-hoc requests from management / group.
Key functional competencies:
- 4+ years of relevant experience in finance/accounting/controlling/reporting in international company, Big 4 experience is an advantage;
- Master’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a similar area;
- Strong oral and written English;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- Deep knowledge of accounting, financial reporting and IFRS;
- Analytical skills, critical thinking and ability to challenge / validate incoming information.
