The department provides web hosting technical support for English-speaking customers via calls, and ticketing systems.
Woking Schedule:
Sat-Wed 15.30-00.00; Thur, Fr-weekends
Requirements:
- Basic knowledge of hosting and e-mail services;
- Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Written and spoken English B2 and upper;
- Previous experience is a plus
Responsibilities:
- provide excellent support to customers via phone calls;
- create and process support tickets;
- Investigate, resolve and conduct in-depth troubleshooting of hardware, software, VoIP phone-based applications and other issues using available resources over the phone and email;
- ability to work independently via ServiceNow ticket queue or on the phone with customers in resolving end-user telephony-related issues;
- ability to interact with internal employees and collaborate with onshore Telephony peers.
