We are looking for an experienced, proactive, and driven Community Manager who will be able to gather the residents of our community for better mutually beneficial interaction.

You will work in several directions:

Strategic:

  • Design development plans and implement community engagement strategies.
  • Track and prepare monthly reports on community growth, engagement, and sentiment.
  • Monitor community feedback and share insights with Communications and Membership teams.
  • Constant contact with representatives of the Union participants in various directions.
  • Stay up to date with digital technology trends relevant to community management.

Communications:

  • Develop and implement the content plan for the community’s Telegram chat as part of the general Communication Strategy of the Union.
  • Moderation of and modernization, if required, the community’s Telegram chat.
  • Search and test the most relevant and useful content for the community in Telegram chat.
  • It is timely, informing members about important events and news of the Union.
  • Centralized reception and distribution of requests from members and other stakeholders.
  • Coordination of work with internal and external experts of the Union to prepare positions on the requests and control over the deadlines for replies.

Events:

  • Active participation in meetings and events organized by the Union.
  • Communication with current and potential members during public events.
  • Participation in external events where current and potential the Union’s members participate.

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in internal communications, partnership, or community management.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to create engaging content (ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, both verbally and in writing).
  • Energetic, cooperative, and hands-on attitude.
  • Desire to take the initiative and ability to get things done.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills.

A plus will be:

  • Upper-Intermediate English (B2+);
  • Previous experience in Pre-Sales and/or Sales.
