Ward Howell is one of the major global firms in the sector of Executive Search*. The firm was founded in 1951 in New York City by the former head of McKinsey’s executive search practice, Henry Wardwell Howell, a pioneering management consultant who helped create the Executive Search profession. Ward Howell opened its office in Kyiv in 2004. Today we operate a network of 30 offices worldwide.
- Executive Search (informally called headhunting) is an active search of highly qualified candidates for senior-level and executive positions (e.g., Board Member, President, CEO, Country Manager, CFO, CIO, HRD etc.)
Interns are junior members of Ward Howell’s research team, taking part in the executive search assignments with a full support of senior colleagues. They have an opportunity to become Research Analysts as soon as they demonstrate outstanding results.

We look for:
- Recent graduates or last years students who can work part-time;
- Excellent academic performance — degree in economics or other disciplines;
