Duties:

  • Identify and target potential clients within the assigned territory.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers.
  • Implement individual sales plans to meet or exceed sales targets.
  • Present and demonstrate products and services to potential clients.
  • Negotiate terms and close sales agreements in line with company policies.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and customer needs.
  • Monitor competitors' activities and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
  • Preparation of commercial offers.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales forecasts in the CRM system.
  • Participation in the process and procedures for certification of industrial products.
  • Taking care of the good image of the company and adherence to the adopted rules and standards.

Profile:
 

  • Preferred education background: mechanical engineering, industrial automation, metrology or related;
  • Good command of the English language; 
  • Experience in sales to the industrial sector will be an advantage;
  • Independence, initiative in action, perfect organization of work;
  • Ability to gain technical knowledge;
  • Willingness to travel (1-2 active days per week in field);
  • Valid driving licence;
  • Possibility to work from home (home-office).
