We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Operations Controlling Analyst to support financial planning, operational performance monitoring, and cost control activities.
Requirements to candidates:
Education in Finance, Economics
- More than 3 years’ experience in Finance (FP&A/Controlling/Reporting/Management accounting)
- Experience in operational finance or manufacturing environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, Excel, SAP
- Knowledge of international reporting (IFRS, US GAAP)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills, analytical skills, ability to meet strict deadlines, result oriented
- Upper-intermediate or higher level of English
Nice to have:
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry
- Professional international certificates (e.g. ACCA, DiplFR)
Main responsibilities:
Participate in the monthly closing process, including analysis and review, and preparation of management reports.
- Support annual budgeting and rolling forecast processes.
- Prepare and distribute financial reports to internal stakeholders, including monthly and quarterly summaries.
- Calculation and analysis of standard and actuals COGS.
- Perform CAPEX consolidation, analysis and forecast on monthly and quarterly basis.
- Support ad hoc financial and operational analysis
