Senior Financial Planning & Reporting Specialist
Kyiv, Ukraine | FP&A Team | Full-time (Hybrid)
We are looking for a Financial Planning & Reporting Specialist to join our FP&A team who will help prepare management reporting and forecasts, support financial disclosures, and collaborate with HQ FP&A on group reporting processes.
What you will do
Participate in forecasting and monthly management reporting processes
Support preparation of earnings releases and the annual 20-F reporting package
Collaborate and communicate with HQ FP&A on group reporting and planning topics
Submit financial data into ERP systems (Oracle Cloud) and contribute to system improvements
Analyze financial data and projections to support decision-making and ensure reporting accuracy
You’re a great match if you
Have strong financial modelling and analytical skills and are an advanced Excel user
Understand financial reporting and have solid knowledge of Balance Sheet and Cash Flow analysis
Can review and analyze complex financial projections under tight deadlines
Think critically and are comfortable validating and challenging incoming information
Communicate confidently in a multicultural environment in English, especially in writing
Bring a service mindset and care about supporting internal stakeholders
It will be a plus if you
Hold a CFA or ACCA qualification or are currently pursuing one
