How you can specifically impact the company’s development:
• full-cycle planning, support the annual budgeting and reforecasting processes by consolidating, reviewing, and most importantly challenging assumptions from various departments and business units
• monthly performance management, сontribute to the monthly performance review cycle by preparing executive presentations and providing deep-dive analytics on budget deviations
• P&L & Financial Statement Deep-Dives, perform targeted analysis of major financial statement lines to understand their composition, explain variances, and identify concrete optimization opportunities
• BI & Dashboard Ownership, act as the bridge between Finance and Tech by setting requirements for the BI team to build high-utility dashboards, while auditing and maintaining existing reporting tools for accuracy
• Strategic Ad-hoc Modeling, provide rapid-fire financial simulations and "what-if" scenarios to support urgent business decisions
• investment appraisal & business cases, support the evaluation of new projects or market expansions by building robust business cases and calculating key investment metrics
• executive & board reporting, contribute to the preparation of high-quality, "board-ready" presentation decks for the Board of Directors and senior leadership
• business partnering, act as a key finance contact for Heads of Business Units, providing clarity and guidance on financial questions, performance, and resource allocation.

Challenges for the first 3 months:
• knowledge Base: Deep-dive into the company’s business model, revenue streams, and cost drivers.
• monthly Performance Review: Successfully complete the first reporting cycle with zero data integrity errors.
• P&L Ownership: Take full responsibility for the variance analysis of at least one major business unit.
• budgeting Support: Actively participate in a reforecast or budget adjustment cycle, demonstrating the ability to "challenge assumptions" effectively.
• future Milestones: To be defined based on business priorities and initial progress.

To achieve results, you will need:
• 3+ years of experience as a Financial Analyst
• deep understanding of the mechanics between P&L, Balance Sheet, and Cash Flow statements
• solid grasp of International Financial Reporting Standards
• ability to bridge "Budget vs. Actuals" and identify the operational drivers behind the numbers
• hands-on experience in building clean, flexible models from scratch that are easy to follow and scale
• strong understanding of planning approaches, specifically for high-growth environments (critical requirement)
• proven experience in translating business questions into technical requirements for automated reporting
• ability to turn complex data into clear visual narratives that highlight trends and opportunities
• Excel & Google Sheets Mastery: Advanced proficiency in Excel and Google Sheets (complex formulas, data structuring)
