Sales Finance Analyst

We are looking for a Sales Finance Analyst who is equally comfortable deep in numbers and in a room with the Sales team. This is a role for someone who knows the commercial P&L from the inside - net revenue, trade spend, stock dynamics, volume and mix - and can talk about it confidently with non-finance people.
You will be the primary finance contact for the Sales organization, supporting day-to-day commercial decisions with sharp, reliable analytics.
Commercial P&L
-Own key lines of the commercial P&L
-Track volume, stock dynamics, and their impact on financial performance
-Support monthly, quarterly, and annual forecasting cycles by channel and customer
-Build bridge analyses that explain what changed, why, and what it means
Analytics & Insights
- Analyze trade spend efficiency across customers and promotional activities
- Model the financial impact of pricing changes on net revenue and margin
- Maintain regular performance reports and dashboards for commercial teams
- Spot anomalies in data - and explain them
- Proactively identify risks and opportunities in commercial performance and bring them to the table with a point of view
Sales Team Partnership
- Be the go-to finance person for the Sales team
- Don’t wait for questions - bring relevant updates, risks, and improvement ideas directly to Sales before they ask
- Translate financial data into language that makes sense for commercial people
- Prepare materials for business reviews and commercial forums
- Challenge assumptions constructively
Must have:
- 3–5 years in finance, FP&A, or commercial analyticі
- Solid understanding of Sales P&L mechanics
- Ability to communicate numbers clearly to Sales and commercial stakeholders
- Proactive by nature
- Detail-oriented and able to see the bigger picture
- Upper-intermediate English
