Job Description:
We are seeking a technically minded and customer-oriented IT Support Administrator to join our team on a part-time, on-demand basis. In this role, you will be responsible for providing first-line technical support to our employees, troubleshooting IT issues, and assisting with the maintenance of our IT infrastructure. This is an excellent opportunity for a student or someone looking for flexible, on-demand work.
Responsibilities:
Provide first-line technical support to employees via phone, email, or in-person
Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues
Assist with the setup and configuration of new computers and devices
Maintain accurate records of IT support requests and resolutions
Escalate complex issues to senior IT staff as needed
Other IT-related tasks as assigned
Requirements:
? Strong technical aptitude and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Familiarity with Windows and macOS operating systems
Basic knowledge of networking concepts
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Available to work on-site in our Lviv office on an on-demand basis
