Responsibilities:
- Control over the shipping process.
- Communication with English-speaking brokers and drivers by phone.
- Timely provision of feedback for the client.
- Taking calls and solving problems in the delivery of goods using creative solutions and patience.
- Processing of emails and prompt resolution of the related issues.
- CRM system control.
- Processing and control of cargo documentation.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of English at the Upper-Intermediate level.
- Analytical flexible thinking.
- Ability to work under stress and effectively multitask.
- Proficient time management skills.
- Track record of consistently attaining performance goals and having personal accountability for own results.
- Demonstrated desire for professional growth and development.
