We are looking for an efficient, detail-oriented, and quick-learning individual with a B2+ English proficiency to join our Global Technical Interview Service department as a Junior Administrative Support Specialist.

In this role, you will collaborate closely with the recruitment team to ensure a seamless technical interview process for our candidates.
The remote option applies only to Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Junior Administrative Support Specialist, you will:
- Collaborate with recruiters and interviewers worldwide.
- Monitor and process incoming interview requests.
- Review and analyze request data, quickly identifying if something is missing.
- Select appropriate interviewers using various tools based on attributes such as primary skill, job description, level, etc., matching them with the candidate's profile.
- Schedule Technical Interviews across multiple locations.
- Confirm time slots, matching calendars of interviewers and candidates.
- Provide assistance to interviewers and candidates facing issues with accessing interviews.
- Maintain timely correspondence with recruiters, candidates, and experts.
REQUIREMENTS
- Fluent spoken and written English (at least B2+) is mandatory.
- Fast learner, able to adapt quickly to change.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Focused and detail-oriented.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize multiple tasks.
