Driver Recruitment Specialist (Remote)
Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruiter or a sales manager, preferably in a high-volume
environment or within the transportation/logistics industry.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport and credibility with
candidates and internal stakeholders.
Proficiency in CRM systems and other recruitment tools to manage candidate
interactions and streamline communication.
Strong organizational skills to handle multiple open positions and manage the
recruitment process efficiently.
To be self-motivated and results-oriented, able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic
environment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with commercial trucking regulations and licensing (CDL) is a plus
Responsibilities:
Utilize various sourcing leads, including calls and CRM-system, social media, and
referrals.
Screen and review driver applications and qualifications to identify candidates
who meet the necessary criteria and align with Load N Go, Inc’s values.
Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidates' skills, experience, and
potential cultural fit with the company.
Plan and coordinate cooperation with a Safety Department, ensuring a positive
and professional candidate experience throughout the selection process.
Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, acting as a primary point
of contact and providing clear and timely communication about the recruitment
process.
Collaborate with the management team to understand driver hiring needs and
continuously refine recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent.
Present competitive job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms as
needed while adhering to company guidelines and market standards.
Track and analyze recruitment metrics, such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness,
and candidate pipeline, to optimize recruitment strategies and drive continuous
improvement.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, labor market insights, and recruitment best
practices to inform and enhance recruitment strategies.

Schedule: Mon — Fr 8 am — 5 pm CST time
