Capital Recruiters is a recruitment agency specializing in sourcing and selecting highly qualified personnel, primarily in the IT sector.
Our clients include leading Ukrainian and international software companies and banks for whom we recruit staff both in Ukraine and abroad.
Who are we looking for?
We seek a like-minded professional and colleague who is passionate about developing a career in recruitment. Someone who enjoys communicating with people, finding the right approach to engage them, and influencing their income through successful placements.
We are considering candidates with middle to senior-level experience.
Responsibilities:
- Search for candidates for open positions using the agency’s database, social networks, and specialized forums in Ukraine and the EU.
- Engage candidates, conduct interviews, and perform initial screenings.
- Submit candidates' resumes to clients for review and guide them through all stages of the selection process.
- Conduct meetings with clients to gather requirements.
- Teach and mentor sourcers as needed.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in IT recruitment.
- Experience in sales and/or working in a recruitment agency is a plus.
- Proven ability to close CxO-level positions.
- Experience with non-technical roles (e.g., HR, Sales, Marketing, Finance).
- Proficient in Boolean search techniques.
- Skilled in various job interview techniques.
- Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Fluent in Ukrainian (corporate language).
- At least an Upper-Intermediate level of English.
- Demonstrates proactivity, energy, responsibility, strong communication skills, and the ability to connect with people.
Additional Information:
- We collaborate with leading software companies, including some from the iGaming industry.
- Contract: PE; payments made in USD/EUR/UAH.
- Compensation: Base salary (25,000–40,000 UAH) + bonuses (300–1,000 USD, depending on the position).
- Tools: ATS, Djinni access, and one LinkedIn Recruiter license for targeted searches.
- Full-time, remote work.
- Recruitment process: Two interviews with the CEO, a test assignment, a reference check, and an offer.
