Call Center Operator (Home Appliance Repair Market, USA)
Remote | Full-time | 9-hour shifts
Schedule: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Los Angeles / PST)
About the Role
We are looking for a responsible and communicative Call Center Operator with excellent conversational English (C1–C2 level) to handle incoming calls from customers requesting home appliance repair services (washers, dryers, refrigerators, dishwashers, ovens, etc.).
Your main responsibility is to professionally process service requests, schedule appointments, coordinate technicians’ calendars, and ensure smooth communication between clients and the company.
Responsibilities
Answer incoming calls from customers in the U.S. market
Collect service details: appliance type, issue description, address, and preferred time
Schedule repair appointments based on technicians’ availability
Update and manage technicians’ calendars
Provide polite, clear, and helpful communication
Follow company procedures and maintain quality of service
Handle basic customer inquiries about pricing, availability, and service areas
Requirements
Fluent spoken English — excellent conversational skills (C1–C2 level a must)
Ability to work a 9-hour shift (8 AM – 5 PM PST / Los Angeles time)
Clear and confident phone communication
Experience in customer service or call centers is a plus
Ability to multitask and work with CRM or scheduling tools
Responsible, punctual, and stress-resistant
