Job Responsibilities:

Recruitment and sourcing:

• Working closely with managers to gain a comprehensive understanding of the organization’s hiring needs for each position, and meet competitive hiring goals and expectations.
• Managing the full recruiting lifecycle across a variety of open roles helping management find, hire, and retain quality talent.
• Grow and foster high-touch relationships with a database of qualified active and passive talent to pull from as new positions open up. Continuously partnering with HR Coordinator, HR Manager and senior managers to design, refine, and implement innovative recruiting strategies.
• Staying active with current with job boards, social networks, and platforms to find talent, and plan, create, and release job descriptions and announcements.
• Developing and releasing job postings on a platforms, such as social media and job boards.
• Capacity building of HR staff - Supporting HR Coordinator with building capacity of HR staff on the topics of recruitment and sourcing by means of providing learning sessions and presentations.

People partner:

1) Drive planning and implementation of company-wide HR initiatives;

2) Manage the HR budget and other financial measures;

3) Closely working with employees (conduct regular 1-on-1 meetings), identifying and anticipating conflicts, resolving difficult situations, maintaining an overall positive atmosphere in the teams;

4) Compensation and benefits: Administering a wide range of employee benefits;

5) Implementation of the performance review procedure - assessment of the recruiting team;

6) Conducting employee engagement and satisfaction surveys;benefits: Administering a wide range of employee benefits;

7) Supporting a full cycle of talent management processes (onboarding, probation period control, retention, exit-interviews, offboarding, etc.);

Head of recruitment:

1) Full life-cycle recruitment:from the understanding of vacancy’s requirements, sourcing of candidates, pro-active search, networking, interviewing candidates to negotiating potential offers;

2) Source candidates through various channels: Linkedin, job boards, networking, employee referrals, niche platforms, internet searches, etc.

3) Interview candidates combining various methods;

4) Coordinate recruitment process with the hiring manager;
