Building and managing Recruitment and HR processes from the ground up, in accordance with the HR strategy, including:

- Motivation and Team Management: Overseeing team motivation and engagement. Supporting management in various matters related to growth, development, and compensation.

- HR Budget: formation and management of the HR budget, expenses, and reporting collaboration with the finance departmentAnalytics:
