Dear candidates,
We’re looking for a Recruitment Specialist to join our team on a full-time basis. Right now we’re working remotely. This is work with received applications, no headhunting or sourcing candidates. We have studying during the onboarding. Advanced level of English is a must.
Requirements:
- Fluent English level is a must (Advanced)
- Good interpersonal communication skills
- Multitasking and fast decision making skills
- Prior experience in trucking will be a plus
Responsibilities:
- Recruit and solicit company drivers through various advertising mediums and lead generation
- Pre-screen potential applicants
- Schedule face-to-face interviews, drug tests, driver orientations and road tests
- Utilize social media platforms and other search engines to generate leads
- Review and process applications of prospective hires and determine if the applicant is qualified
- Track calls generated from all forms of advertising
- Report and monitor applicant flow and the applicant tracking process from initial calls with candidates until the orientation and training process is complete
- Work with company management to identify staffing needs and requirements
- Complete pre-hire files and paperwork on applicants
- Other duties as assigned
