We are seeking a highly motivated Recruiter to join our team. You will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates for a range of positions, both IT and non-IT.
Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various channels to source candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and provide the relevant candidate
- Effectively communicate with the internal team.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with clients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate information and prepare the CV with our template.
- Negotiate and finalize offers of employment with selected candidates.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience as a recruiter or talent sourcer preferably in both IT and non-IT fields
- Experience in global recruitment
- Good communication in English, both speaking and writing.
- Knowledge of recruitment and sourcing tools.
