WHY TO APPLY? THE JOB SCOPE:
Ensure proper order acquisition control (monitoring, contact with customer, problem escalation if needed)
Ensure proper truck sizing as per customer contract/alignment and according to Trade Terms conditions (request additional orders from customer if needed)
Manage price discrepancies in customer’s orders (investigation, proper communication and resolution with customer, Sales, Billing Accuracy SPOC)
Effective communication with SO Team and customer regarding order changes, corrections and issue solving
Emergency order management
Deal with the issues arising from stock unavailability (if needed: in cooperation with customer and other functions)
Communicate final order changes and status internally (SO, Planning, CBD-L, etc.) and externally (customers) in aligned timings
Support P&G drive to be #1 Supplier by responding to customer specific needs and requirements (reports, estimated availability dates, etc.) in timely manner
Follow-up on shipments status with Physical Distribution and customer.
Claims investigation and resolution coordination (SO, Customer, Sales, DC Claim Coordinator, etc.)
Contribute in reaching CSO KPI’s targets (proper analysis, root causing, action plan proposal if needed)
Coordinate / support customers related logistics project internally (SO, supply planning, logistics, plants etc.) and externally (customers)
Support AR Team in terms of closing open items (pending invoices, deductions etc.) through cooperation with customers and Sales

Job Qualifications
THE ROLE REQUIRES:
Your English and Ukraini to be proficient (written and spoken)
Intermediate level skills in Microsoft Office Suite
Analytical skills: able to handle and draw conclusions from complex data
Good communication skills
Ability to recognize the most important issues, and address them immediately, prioritize according to business need
Overcoming obstacles by taking/proposing proper actions, involving other to overcome barriers
Ability to work independently, without supervision
Relevant experience would be an advantage
