The position of Support Chat Operator (with at least B2 level English) has opened up in our company
Responsibilities:
- Handling incoming customer enquiries via online chat.
- Providing information on the company's products and services.
- Resolving customer problems and questions in real time.
- Liaising with internal departments to resolve complex queries promptly.
- Maintaining reports and documenting enquiries in the CRM system.
Requirements:
- English language level not lower than B2 (ability to communicate freely with customers, to write and understand texts competently).
- Experience in customer support will be an advantage.
- PC skills, knowledge of basic office programmes.
- Competent written and verbal speech, attention to detail.
Conditions:
- Work schedule: shift work, with the ability to choose a convenient days (discussed at the interview).
- Decent salary 40000 UAH if your level of English above B2 your salary is higher.
