Customer Support Specialist

Currently, we are looking for a Customer Support Specialist. You will be able to communicate with people from different countries as well as with those who speak your language: we have colleagues and clients all over the world. Your main tasks at the position will be to:
- Сonsult clients about our products and services via chats and emails;
- Promptly respond to requests of our clients and help them solve their queries and issues;
- Make researches;
- Follow internal rules and standards of customer service;
- Collect feedback from your Clients.
Requirements:
- Ukrainian - Advanced and above;
- English - literate Upper-Intermediate/Advanced and above;
- Ability to work remotely: own PC, stable Internet connection;
- Personal qualities: responsibility, stress tolerance, discipline, desire to work and gain new knowledge, politeness, ability to work with large volumes of information, and multitasking;
- Ability to work 40 hours per week in a rotational schedule, including night shifts;
- Experience as a Customer Support Specialist will be an advantage.
