Responsibilities:
- Ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Ability to set priorities in stressful situations, identify problems and minimize them.
- Provide customer support via email and phone calls.
- Conduct appropriate analysis and planning to ensure efficient transportation of cargo.
Requirements:
- English skills — B2, С1.
- Excellent organizational/communication skills.
- Critical thinking, problem solving.
- Multitasking.
- Initiative.
