We are looking for a Finance Manager in a product IT company.
Responsibilities:
- Assisting with day-to-day financial tasks such as accounting, expense management, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail.
- Being in charge of the payments processing flow.
- Monthly preparation of a set of financial statements in line with IFRS requirements.
- Communicating with external bookkeepers and other service providers.
- Supporting the finance team in preparing monthly management reports for the Management Board, Budgeting, and Investing processes.
- Supporting external audits.
- Helping in developing, implementing, and improving accounting and financial policies and processes with stakeholders.
Required experience:
- Higher education in finance, economics, accounting, or audit.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in Internal Audit/IFRS/Finance Department roles.
- Experience in applying IFRS standards and in preparing financial statements.
- Strong Excel skills.
- Intermediate English proficiency.
- Experience in the consolidation of financial statements is a strong plus.
- Management accounting experience.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in tax accounting.
- Experience with Big 4 firms.
