ALLSTARSIT is currently seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Finance Specialist to join our finance department.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in global payment processes, client billing, and financial systems.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a finance or accounting role, with a focus on global payment processing and client billing.
- Familiarity with financial systems such as Fieldglass, SAP, and Taulia is an advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in payment tracking and financial software.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in an international finance environment.
- Advanced knowledge of payment systems and financial regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
Payment Setup:
- Set up and manage payments across various banks worldwide, ensuring accuracy and compliance with international banking standards.
- Monitor and execute cross-border transactions, maintaining strong relationships with banking partners.
Client Billing and Charging:
- Manage the full cycle of client charging, including issuing invoices, sending them to clients, and following up to ensure timely payment.
- Resolve any billing issues or discrepancies in a prompt and professional manner.
Client Systems Management:
- Work within clients' internal financial systems, including but not limited to Fieldglass, SAP, and Taulia. Experience with these systems is highly desirable.
- Ensure accurate data entry and maintain up-to-date records in client systems.
Payment Tracking:
- Track and reconcile payments, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately and in a timely manner.
- Investigate and resolve any payment delays or discrepancies, working closely with clients and internal teams.
Payment Systems Management:
- Manage and operate within various payment systems, ensuring smooth and efficient financial transactions.
- Stay updated on the latest payment processing technologies and methods to enhance department efficiency.
Communication:
- Maintain fluent communication in English, both verbally and in writing, to interact effectively with clients, banking partners, and internal teams.
- Prepare and present financial reports and summaries as required by management.
