Main responsibilities:
- Manage on-time payments (cash and banking), prepare monthly reconciliations, and assist in uploading monthly bills to PeopleSoft.
- Support budgeting and monitoring of projects in coordination with the financial manager.
- Verify and process payments, ensuring that all necessary supporting documents are in place.
- Assist the Finance Manager in ensuring compliance with Oxfam GB's financial procedures.
- Coordinate logistics for asset management and maintain proper record-keeping.
- Ensure compliance of budget expenditures and maintain tax/social reporting.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports for donors, audits and authorities.
- Maintain monthly payroll processing and annual audits.
- Conduct visits to verify financial compliance with Oxfam, donor and local regulations.
Requirements:
- A strong team player with good organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Good accounting knowledge and experience in MS Office, especially Excel.
- Ability to work and communicate effectively to ensure policy compliance.
- Fluency in Ukrainian and English, relevant experience in finance or accounting (3-4 years).
- Experience working with PeopleSoft and being proactive in problem solving.
