umgi is an investment company that launches and develops businesses with high growth potential. Our team takes a hands-on approach to the development of portfolio companies, providing them with production, commercial and management expertise.
Now we are looking for a Financial manager.
You will perform the following interesting tasks:
- Monthly preparation of management accounts (PL, CF) of separate small businesses
- Management accounting of overheads and administrative costs
- Preparation of annual budgets of separate small businesses (PL, CF, WC)
- Financial controlling on separate small businesses (payment approvals, monthly cash flow forecasting & analysis)
- Processing ad-hoc request of the senior management
- Internal audit section. Maintaining requests of Internal Auditors, coordinate and prepare answers to IA questions within Internal Audits
- Coordinate IFRS audits of the small non-resident companies performed by external auditors
- Other financial projects
You definitely should apply if you have:
- Higher education (finance, economics, accounting, audit)
- Minimum 3 years of audit experience in Big4 or in Internal Audit/IFRS Department
- Experience in applying IFRS, technical expertise in Ukrainian accounting
- Basic experience in preparation of financial statements
- Strong Excel skills: effective data mining and processing
- Intermediate English as a minimum requirement
- Management accounting experience is a strong plus
- 1C knowledge is a strong plus
