We are looking for our Ukrainian colleagues located in Poland for the position of L1 Support Engineer
Requirements:
- Team player
- English (intermediate level of oral and written)
- Ability to understand technical documentation and apply actions based on it.
- Experienced user of Linux and Windows operation systems. Basic administration skills
- Background in using SSH, RDP, command line tools, docker tools
- French (pre-intermediate+ level for both oral and written communication skills) speakers would be preferred

Duties:
- Managing incidents through applying pre-defined actions
- Logging actions applied during the shift
- Conducting oral and written contact with customers
- Basic troubleshooting using pre-existing knowledge base and documentation
- The working schedule covers day shifts, evening shifts, and night shifts
