Position Title: Training officer
Duration: till the end of the project
Overarching responsibilities "Main goals" for Training Officer
The Training Officer is responsible for the effective support of the project in terms of organization, communication, compliance with administrative and financial procedures and support to the beneficiaries.
He/she ensures the effective implementation of the tasks assigned to the Separate Division of the Terre des hommes Foundation in Ukraine (Tdh) to develop partner's capacities to conduct the social support for the most vulnerable families with children.
Specific Responsibilities/Context of "tasks"
- Preparation and conducting of trainings in offline and online format as part of project activities;
- Conducting coaching sessions in order to increase the potential of trainers and facilitators who have undergone training in the framework of project activities;
- Writing reports based on the results of training and coaching;
- Mentoring of new psychologists;
- Performs other assignments of the project manager.

Required conditions
Training/Qualifications
University Degree, preferably in Psychology, Social and Human-istic fields;
Experience
- Minimum 2 year of experience in a similar position
- Excellent communication skills;
- Excellent record keeping and documentation skills;
- Ability to work independently and organize, prioritize, and follow through on multiple tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment;
- Strong team spirit;
- High level of integrity
- Respect of deadlines;
- Ability to uphold high standards and punctuality under pressure;
Languages
Fluency in Ukrainian (written and spoken), knowledge of English is desirable.
IT know-how
Experience in using such computer software as Microsoft Office, knowledge of database package MS Excel
