We are looking for motivated and experienced associates for the position of:
Senior Sales Partner - Ukraine (m/f)
Location: Kyiv, Ukraine
Your responsibilities:
- identify and pursue new business opportunities,
- regularly updating clients on project progress, preparing reports, and performance metrics;
- analyzing and tracking industry trends and best practices
- build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners,
- provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, analysis and market intelligence to senior management of the company
- identifying and mitigating business projects risks,
Our requirements:
- higher education (preferred technical fields),
- 5+ years of experience in sales management in the railway or related market (preferably international working experience),
- understanding of logistics and foreign trade processes
- proficient level of Ukrainian, Russian and English. Polish or German will be an advantage,
- experience in selling technical product portfolio is an advantage,
- proficient in MS-Office, experience in working with an ERP and/or CRM system is an advantage,
- excellent communication and negotiation skills,
- creative self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities & work independently as well as contribute to the broader team,
- results-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment,
- knowledge of the railway market will be an advantage,
- willing to travel.
