We are looking for motivated and experienced associates for the position of: 

Senior Sales Partner - Ukraine (m/f)

Location: Kyiv, Ukraine

Your responsibilities:

  • identify and pursue new business opportunities,
  • regularly updating clients on project progress, preparing reports, and performance metrics;
  • analyzing and tracking industry trends and best practices
  • build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners,
  • provide accurate sales forecasts, reports, analysis and market intelligence to senior management of the company
  • identifying and mitigating business projects risks,

Our requirements: 

  • higher education (preferred technical fields),
  • 5+ years of experience in sales management in the railway or related market (preferably international working experience),
  • understanding of logistics and foreign trade processes
  • proficient level of Ukrainian, Russian and English. Polish or German will be an advantage,
  • experience in selling technical product portfolio is an advantage,
  • proficient in MS-Office, experience in working with an ERP and/or CRM system is an advantage,
  • excellent communication and negotiation skills, 
  • creative self-starter with ability to manage multiple priorities & work independently as well as contribute to the broader team,
  • results-oriented and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment,
  • knowledge of the railway market will be an advantage,
  • willing to travel.
