Procurement Business Partner
Job Description
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, to understand their procurement needs and requirements, challenging those needs to ensure the best commercial added value
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms with suppliers to secure the best value for Wix, while maintaining strong relationships with internal interfaces and suppliers
- Own and manage the procurement process, from sourcing to contract execution
- Lead a few procurement categories in all European sites of Wix
- Partner with Finance, Legal and other stakeholders to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, contract terms, and internal policies
- Manage complex procurement projects involving various stakeholders while keeping track of the small details and seeing the big picture at the same time
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in procurement, preferably in large global companies
- Proven track record of successfully managing procurement processes, negotiating contracts, and developing supplier relationships
- Strong negotiation and communication skills, in both Ukrainian and English, with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- A strategic thinker with the ability to align procurement strategies with business objectives
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving cost savings and process efficiency
- A collaborative team player who can work cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels
- Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to addressing challenges
- Adaptable and flexible in a fast-paced and evolving business environment
- Familiarity with ERP systems — an advantage
