A partner of Philip Morris in Ukraine is looking for a Procurement Specialist.
POSITION PURPOSE: Planning and organization of purchasing activities, negotiate contracts, manage supplier relationships in order to meet business needs in goods, works and services in full compliance with the Company Procedures and Ukrainian Legislation. This role requires strong negotiation skills, analytical thinking, and the ability to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Leading of tactical procurement projects (full flow)
- RFI/RFP through the Customer's system
- Support of strategic procurement projects (writing protocols, collecting documents)
- Market research, identifying potential suppliers, conduct supplier evaluations.
- Negotiating with suppliers commercial conditions of low and medium complexity
- Coordination with internal stakeholders, such as production site, operations, marketing to align business needs with procurement activities
- Coordination of contracts through the system according to all guidelines
- Participation/Leading in the projects related to the optimization of the processes, costs, recources
REQUIREMENTS:
- University degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Language skills: English – Intermediate + , Ukrainian – native
- 1+ years of experience in procurement or supply chain roles
- Negotiation and contract management skills
- Awareness in bidding procedure
- Consumer / internal customer oriented approach
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
