Location: Remote

Are you an expert in supply chains across key international routes?

Would you love to deal with exclusive premium and luxury goods?

Routes and countries:

  • Ukraine > Europe, USA, UAE

  • Italy > USA, Europe, Persian Gulf

  • Occasionally China > USA, EU

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in international logistics/export/supply chain

  • In-depth understanding of international logistics and customs requirements

  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

  • Ukrainian language along with English B1+

  • Analytical mindset and ability to multitask      

  • Proficiency with Google Sheets and Excel

  • Strong knowledge of Incoterms

  • Problem-solving abilities

Nice to have:

  • Awareness of premium brands: furniture/lighting/art/decor/etc.

  • Hands-on experience with White Glove Delivery Service

  • Regulatory compliance for high-value items

  • Might be a perfect match for ISTJ, ESTJ, ISTP, INTJ, ESTP, ISFJ personality types

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and optimize end-to-end export operations from Italy, Ukraine, and occasionally China, ensuring seamless deliveries to the USA, Europe, and some countries of the Persian Gulf

  • Develop and maintain relationships with carriers, customs brokers, and suppliers to ensure efficient, timely, and secure movement of luxury goods

  • Ensure all export activities comply with international trade regulations, including customs and import/export documentation, and maintain records to the highest accuracy standards

  • Guarantee that all products meet stringent quality requirements and standards, handling any issues swiftly to ensure client satisfaction

  • Identify opportunities to streamline operations, reduce costs (LCL, FCL, etc.), and enhance efficiency without compromising quality or service

  • Coordinate with the purchasing department to ensure a smooth shipment process

  • Force majeure circumstances: customs, train breakdown, road repair, plane delay

  • Provide timely updates on shipping statuses and uphold the premium service

  • Goods must be delivered on time
