We are actively looking for a candidate for the position of English-speaking Customer Support Manager.

What we are looking for in our ideal candidate:
- English level — B1-C2;
- With or without work experience, but with a great desire to learn.
We conduct training just for our candidates,which lasts 5 days,which are paid due to the base ; - If you have expirience on similar positions - it will be a very big advantage;
- Responsible and has a desire to develop financially and proffessionally;
- A sense of humor is welcome.
Responsibilities:
- High-quality processing of a hot customer base from Canada , which is waiting for your call - our customers have been working with us for years;
- Help and collection of information about our client;
- Registration of the client on our website and transfer to another department for processing;
- Reporting on completed work in the CRM system;
- Be active and positivel :)
