International Language Service Company is looking for International Business Development Manager for development new markets (Europe, USA).

Requirements:

  • Experience in active sales 3+ years
  • English – C1+
  • Achievements in personal selling (attracting new clients, using various sales channels, finding creative solutions to constraints, etc.)
  • Negotiation and business writing skills
  • Ability to persuade and deal with objections
  • Ability to plan and organize your work
  • Ability to draft commercial offers and contracts
  • Skill to work in team, Result orientation, Customer orientation, Responsibility, Team work
  • The ability to negotiate with people, to compromise
  • Punctuality

Responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the translation and linguistic services industry in foreign markets.
  • Market analysis and research. Identifying the target market where linguistic services are in highest demand.
  • Bringing in new sales in B2B segment in key industries of Task Force.
  • Study of competitors and the specifics of their operations.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, including regular communication and follow-up.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals
  • Monitor market trends (international) and identify opportunities for company growth.
  • Arrange participation in relevant procurement opportunities (tenders) in the international market – both private and public sector.
  • Ensure smooth onboarding of new clients (for this - collaboration with internal teams, including marketing and operations, would be required).
  • Working in CRM, entering the data about the prospect clients.
  • Participation in business planning and subsequent sales performance analysis.

Conditions:

  • Fix salary + bonuses based on KPI and %.
  • Period is 3 months (with the possibility of its early termination).
  • Work schedule is discussed.
