Dispatcher USA Supervisor
We are seeking a Team Lead for Dispatchers to oversee a team, ensuring efficient and smooth dispatching for our fleet. The role focuses on managing the performance of dispatchers, improving communication between drivers and dispatchers, and maintaining a high level of service.
Requirements:
Ability to manage multiple details and maintain focus on tasks.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and emotional stability.
Strong communication skills, particularly in driver-dispatcher interactions.
Ability to develop and mentor team members.
Alignment with upper management’s vision and goals.
What will you be responsible for?
Supervise a team of 7-9 dispatchers, ensuring they meet operational targets.
Optimize load assignments for efficiency and timely deliveries.
Act as a key point of contact for escalated driver issues and complex situations.
Monitor dispatcher and driver performance through KPIs, offering feedback and improvements.
Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
Report performance metrics and challenges to senior management.
Working schedule: Mon — Fri — 2:00 PM — 00:00 AM EEST, 6 AM — 4 PM CST. Paid vacation: 5 days/first year; 10 days/second year; 15 days/third year Paid sick days: 5 days/year
