**Job Opportunity: Dispatcher for Tecla Appliance Repair**
Tecla Appliance Repair, an appliance repair company operating in Georgia, USA, is looking for a reliable dispatcher.
**Responsibilities:**- Be ready to promptly answer calls and SMS messages from clients.- Schedule appointments for clients using the Housecall Pro software.- Continuously improve your skills in Housecall Pro.- Have a stable internet connection, a phone, and a laptop.- Complete assigned tasks without reminders.
**Work Schedule:**- Initially, the work schedule will be from Sunday to Friday.- The dispatcher will work with one technician, scheduling orders for them.- The workload is light and manageable.
**Compensation:**- First month: $500.- Second month: $700, with potential increases based on performance and growth.- Additional bonuses are available within the company. There will definitely be bonuses
**Requirements:**- Fluent spoken English and experience working with English-speaking clients.- Commitment and willingness to learn.- All training on software and job specifics will be provided.
