Candidate Requirements:
Fluent English;
Ukrainian or Russian language;
High communication skills;
Confident use of a PC;
Work experience in a call center;
Ability to work with objections;
Knowledge of the principles of household appliances will be an advantage;
A laptop or PC with a stable Internet connection.
Your Responsibilities:
Answering incoming calls and repair requests from US clients;
Providing consultations on appliance repair;
Working with a CRM system;
Coordinating technicians' work and distributing tasks among them;
Making outbound calls to clients as needed.
Work Schedule: Monday-Saturday, 9 AM to 6 PM (by Chicago).
