An American based transportation and logistics company is looking for highly motivated individuals to join our team.
Working conditions:
- Pay is based on experience and fluctuates from 30000 to 50000 hryvnas per month.
- Experience is a plus but not mandatory. We are willing to train the right candidate.
- 1 week paid vacation and 2 weeks total vacation time per year.
Responsibilities:
- Ability to communicate with our drivers and engage them to work daily. Ensure that drivers are given all the proper information they need in order to pickup their assigned work
- Monitor trucks through out the day to ensure on time pick up/delivery and update customers on any issues
- Making sure all trucks are covered and every driver is working — Reports directly to Operations Manager
- Sharing on call responsibilities
- Working with drivers to support safety and maintain compliance
- Responsibilities may be changed or added based on company needs.
The ability to work even in blackout conditions is a must!
