We are seeking a dynamic Group Brand Manager to lead our snack category and drive growth through innovative marketing strategies!
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies, including product launches, re-launches, and ongoing brand management.
- Optimize product portfolios, including assortment, packaging, and pricing, based on market trends and consumer insights.
- Oversee the development and execution of ATL and BTL campaigns to drive brand awareness and sales.
- Manage marketing budgets and ensure optimal allocation of resources.
- Lead and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
- Collaborate with external agencies and suppliers to execute marketing initiatives.
What we're looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- 5+ years of marketing experience in the FMCG industry, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Proven track record in developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of market research, consumer behavior, and brand management.
- Excellent analytical skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and marketing analytics tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
