We are looking for a Trade Marketing Manager to join the team and support the sales department of an international FMCG company.
What will you be involved with?
Main purpose of Trade Marketing Manager is to provide support to National Off Premise, KA & Trade Marketing functions in all aspects concerning preparation, generation, implementation and evaluation of relevant initiatives with simultaneous control of execution and communication with all involved parties.
Key Responsibilities
- Handles commercial department documentation:
- Contracts drafting and monitoring the approval and signing procedures
- Execution of payments, control over the availability of the necessary documentation
- Budget costs control for Commercial and Trade Marketing
- Maintains the database of tenders participants for POS production
- Maintains documents for POS materials production and placing
- Administers of merchandising agencies database according to requirements
- Maintains refrigeration equipment database, control over documentation flow
- Coordinates of in store POS materials development and production in cooperation with Marketing department
- Market Intelligence data evaluation and insights implementation
- Trade Programs development and deployment
- TM Budget Split and control
- POSM development and order
- Management of suppliers
- Price Promo Calendar preparation, facilitation and control
- Participates in events organization in cooperation with Marketing department
Requirements:
- University degree
- At least 3 years in FMCG sector
- Computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint user)
- English B2
- Communication, presentation and organizational skills
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Entrepreneurial skills
