We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Marketing manager to join our ambitious drone manufacturing company. As the Senior Marketing manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and implementing our marketing strategies to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. You will collaborate closely with various departments to develop and execute marketing campaigns, manage events and expos, enhance our web presence, create compelling content (including video content), streamline the onboarding of new customers through marketing materials, and coordinate press coverage.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies to promote our drone products and brand effectively.
• Plan and coordinate industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to showcase our products and engage with potential customers.
• Enhance our online presence through website management, search engine optimization (SEO), and social media channels.
• Create engaging content, including written and video content, for marketing materials, our website, blog posts, social media, and other platforms.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales team to craft marketing materials that align with sales objectives and streamline the onboarding process for new customers.
• Provide effective press coverage, manage media relationships, and maximize brand exposure.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.
• Monitor marketing performance metrics, analyze data, and provide actionable insights to optimize marketing strategies.

Requirements:

• English: В2 or higher.
• Proven track record of successful marketing and PR activities in a fast-paced and competitive industry.
• Solid experience in managing events, expos, and trade shows.
• Basic experience in digital marketing (social media, website, email campaigns).
• Proficiency in creating and leveraging video content as a part of the content strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a knack for crafting persuasive and compelling content.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically, drive results, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficient in using marketing tools, analytics platforms, and project management software.
• Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative ideas and solutions.
