Junior Marketing Specialist

About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist with 1+ year of experience in a marketing department or communication agency. You will join our marketing team and together we will upgrade the perception of our brand and product for millions of job seekers around the world. The position allows you to grow step by step along with the brand and get 360 hands-on experience.

What You'll Be Doing:

• improving brand experience across digital touchpoints in project format;
• drafting and creating marketing materials and brand templates in collaboration with other teams;
• assist in the execution of marketing campaigns, both online and offline;
• monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Your Skills:

• English language at a B2 level, fluent Ukrainian;
• German or French as a second foreign language will be your strong advantage;
• experience in marketing, social media or communications for 1 year;
• education in marketing, copywriting or advertising;
• understanding of basic brand health metrics, or a strong desire to learn;
• ability to write, explain and testify tasks to others clearly;
• Excel/Google Sheets to organise, analyse, and interpret marketing data and apply these insights in action;
• Figma to work with existing templates and materials;
• self-motivation, and the ability to take ownership of tasks and projects;
• ambitions to impact the global brand and product available in 67 countries;
• willingness to learn.
