About the role
We are looking for a dynamic and skilled Team Lead of Professional Training to lead the development and optimization of professional training functions across our holding. This is a high-impact role for a strategic leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and excels at building scalable, tailored solutions to meet organizational needs.
Requirements
- Higher education in any field.
- Minimum of 3 years as an HR team leader (managing 10+ members) in medium or large organizations (several thousand employees).
- Proven track record in managing HR projects (transformation, process improvement, or new function implementation).
- Advanced Business English (B2 or higher).
Will be plus
- Experience in the iGaming industry.
- Customer support background.
- Coaching or training experience.
- Expertise in employee learning and development functions.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and develop the professional training function across the holding globally.
- Maintain the relevance of professional courses in all holding segments and functions, ensuring timely updates when needed.
- Organize and conduct employee certifications for professional competencies.
- Manage professional training teams in segments and functions (e.g., product training in TWU).
- Develop and implement metrics for evaluating the effectiveness of professional training across the holding.
- Build constructive and efficient collaboration with internal stakeholders and L&D/HR colleagues.
