About the role
We are seeking an experienced L&D Project Manager to join our team and drive the development of the IT Team ecosystem. You will be responsible for ensuring effective training and development for our technology-focused employees.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT companies in L&D as a specialist/manager or project manager.
- Experience in curating technical educational content for various IT teams from scratch (guides, checklists, onboarding plans, development plans, learning materials for development and testing teams).
- Experience in developing competency matrices and identifying necessary resources to achieve them for technical positions in IT.
- Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), Software Testing Life Cycle (STLC), and overall project management.
- Facilitation and moderation skills for group discussions (work meetings, conferences, retrospectives, town halls, etc.).
- Knowledge of the market for educational services for IT specialists of different profiles (conferences, trainings, modular programs, etc.).
Responsibilities:
- Analyze training and development needs of TECH segment employees/teams.
- Process incoming training and development requests from employees and managers (including participation in conferences).
- Propose optimal methods and forms to address training requests based on internal client needs and ecosystem business interests.
- Support segment managers in developing training plans, competency profiles, and individual employee development plans.
- Provide methodological support for organizing and conducting knowledge-sharing events within TECH (facilitation, assistance in speaker preparation, review of presentations).
- Perform other tasks related to training and development of ecosystem personnel.
